Unit 3
In this weeks work I have found some very interesting article on the effects of caffeine in the human body. This was a real eye opener for me since I am a coffee drinker, I limit myself to one cup in the morning, buts not hard to find that caffeine is an addictive stimulant that we have become very dependent on to get throgh our daily lives.

This week has flown by, I cant believe the weekend came and went before I knew it was here. One week down 9 more to go, I feel that this is going to be a very interesting class.
